Technical support

Currently we offer customer support via our Support Ticket System and Email. Because specific customer account information is identifiable and helps speed up resolution, we give higher priority to support tickets generated from the Support Ticket System. You can log into the support control panel from: http://support.drundo.net

Tickets are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need help and you're unable to log into the control panel, please send an email with your domain name and user name to support@drundo.net

Limited phone support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Eastern Time). We are not operating a large call center, so if you do not reach us on the first try, please leave a message. We make every attempt to return calls within an hour.

Help on Programming Issues

While we want to help our customers as much as we can, we do not offer free individual website programming, website design, or consulting services and we must prioritize our technical support on system issues that affect all our customers.
